Extreme Cleaning
Extreme cleaning is the professional cleaning of a home or a business that requires specialist equipment, tools, and products.
It typically involves the removal of excessive levels of waste, decluttering, high-level cleaning, decontamination and possible restoration works.
-
Most domestic cleaning companies provide regular, routine and planned cleaning schedules which maintain a standard of cleanliness. We provide all cleaning services which fall outside of a routine cleaning need.
With 'extreme cleaning' it is likely that an area has not been cleaned for some time and requires a higher level of attention and time to bring it back to a standard which can then be maintained. The state of the property may be such that protective equipment such as suits and masks are needed.
-
Extreme Cleaning is required when specialist training, equipment and waste disposal is needed to tackle the cleaning task. This may be due to extensive filth, grime and waste, or because of the presence of hazards such as pests (e.g. fleas, flies, insects), bodily fluids or sharps.
This level of cleaning may also be required in other situations, such as in properties:
affected by crime (e.g. break-ins with extensive damage, cannabis farms).
affected by fire or water damage.
affected by hoarding.
affected by a lack of routine maintenance due to poor mental or physical health.
Extreme cleaning also often requires a decontamination process to help removes odours, as these can latch onto furniture and fittings.
